By accessing medverse.co.in, submitting any registration form, or interacting with our WhatsApp Business number, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. About Medverse 2026

Medverse 2026 is a healthcare business summit and hospital growth expo scheduled for September 26–27, 2026 in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, organized by Nexora ("Organizer").

3. Use of WhatsApp Business Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business API to facilitate lead generation, exhibitor support, appointment booking, and automated chatbot responses. By initiating a conversation with our WhatsApp Business number, you:

• Consent to receiving automated and manual responses from our team
• Acknowledge that message content may be stored in our CRM systems
• Understand that WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's Terms of Service
• Can opt out at any time by replying STOP

4. Exhibitor & Stall Booking

• Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking form and advance payment (as applicable)
• Stall allocations are subject to availability and organizer discretion
• Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the event
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify stall layouts, categories, or pricing with prior notice

5. Event Participation

• Entry to Medverse 2026 is subject to valid registration or accreditation
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates event guidelines
• Photography, filming, and audio recording may take place at the event; by attending, you consent to being captured in event documentation
• The event schedule, speakers, and exhibitors are subject to change without prior notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on medverse.co.in — including logos, images, text, and event materials — is the intellectual property of the Organizer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our website and WhatsApp services on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The website or chatbot will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Information provided through automated responses will always be accurate or complete
• The event will proceed without modifications due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, WhatsApp service, or attendance at the event.
